Board Business Meeting Guide

  • The purpose of the Board Business Meetings is to discuss ongoing issues and progress of the Board such as grounds maintenance, utilities and repairs.

  • The Agenda and Notice of Meeting will be sent to the community via email the week prior to the meeting.

  • Board Business meetings are scheduled once per month, typically at the beginning of the month on Monday evenings at 6:30 unless otherwise notified.

  • Board Business meetings are open for all members of the community to attend.

  • We welcome your input! However, in the interest of time, any community comments are limited to 3 minutes. The sole purpose of this limitation is to avoid the meeting lasting longer than 1 hour.  If you have issues that require a discussion, please reach out to the board via email and one of our members will respond within 24 hours.

  • Minutes of the meeting along with a recording (when available) will be sent 14 days following the meeting unless the 14 days includes a holiday, in such case the minutes will be delayed by 3 days.
