Board Business Meeting Guide

The purpose of the Board Business Meetings is to discuss ongoing issues and progress of the Board such as grounds maintenance, utilities and repairs.

The Agenda and Notice of Meeting will be sent to the community via email the week prior to the meeting.

Board Business meetings are scheduled once per month, typically at the beginning of the month on Monday evenings at 6:30 unless otherwise notified.

Board Business meetings are open for all members of the community to attend.

We welcome your input! However, in the interest of time, any community comments are limited to 3 minutes. The sole purpose of this limitation is to avoid the meeting lasting longer than 1 hour. If you have issues that require a discussion, please reach out to the board via email and one of our members will respond within 24 hours.

Please email us at countrygreentownhomes@gmail.com with your intention to attend no later than one hour prior to the start of the meeting.

Minutes of the meeting along with a recording (when available) will be sent 14 days following the meeting unless the 14 days includes a holiday, in such case the minutes will be delayed by 3 days.
